Curvaceous Mandy Moore Has Matured

The July/August 2009 issue of a popular women’s magazine features American actress and singer Mandy Moore, and it couldn’t have been soon enough. The plus size celebrity has gone on a hiatus since that walk down the aisle, and now she has come out to share her story of life with the new husband and old issues.

One of the highlights in the interview is Mandy Moore’s recently released album Amanda Leigh, which garnered positive reviews. This full-figured celebrity expects that she will always be compared to her musical contemporaries Britney and Christina, but what she doesn’t understand is “that people find it bizarre that I’ve grown up.” In the end she did turn out different, but mostly because she didn’t get “stuck to a formula that works for them.” It’s a record that, she says, she has always wanted to make, and went on to defend that she isn’t actually putting any effort into proving she’s an adult.
