Having started out in the showbiz industry at a very young age, full figured celebrity Raven Symone knows all too well what it feels like to be in the limelight. That’s why she never gets bothered even when it’s all about her being “thick”. The zaftig TV personality and singer confesses that she has been plus size since she was 9 years old.

It probably took years of practice, but the zaftig Raven Symone admits that what actually helped her more was the act of understanding that her life is “about me, not about what [other people] want me to be.” What is more important for her is that “I’m healthy, I exercises, I believes in myself, and I think I’m beautiful.” The trick, this curvaceous youngster says, is to learn not to absorb the negativity and let it affect one’s self-esteem, but instead allowing it to go by: breathing past it, but not breathing it in.
